Dr. De Groote Ruben is a urologist at the Onze Lieve Vrouw Hospital Aalst and works in the Aalst, Asse and Ninove region. He is a general urologist with a specialization in uro-oncology and robotic surgery. This urologist is part of a team in which each member has acquired special competence in a sub-aspect of urology. Dr. De Groote was trained as an assistant for 3 years in the Onze Lieve Vrouw Hospital Aalst under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Alexandre Mottrie. He graduated as a urologist at Ghent University in 2018 and subsequently did a fellowship in uro-oncology and robotic surgery at the renowned University College London. Since August 2019, he has been working as a staff member within the urology team at Onze Lieve Vrouw Hospital Aalst. He is known for the empathetic approach to his patients and his commitment to improving surgical performance.

Dr. De Groote Ruben is uroloog in het Onze Lieve Vrouw Ziekenhuis Aalst en is werkzaam in de regio Aalst, Asse en Ninove. Hij is algemeen uroloog met specialisatie in uro-oncologie en robotchirurgie. Deze uroloog maakt deel uit van een team waarin elk lid een bijzondere bekwaamheid heeft verworven in een deelaspect van de urologie. Dr. De Groote werd gedurende 3 jaar als assistent opgeleid in het Onze Lieve Vrouw Ziekenhuis Aalst onder leiding van Prof. Dr. Alexandre Mottrie. Hij studeerde in 2018 af als uroloog aan de Universiteit Gent en deed aansluitend een fellowship uro-oncologie en robotchirurgie aan het vermaarde University College London. Sinds augustus 2019 is hij werkzaam als staflid binnen het team urologie in het Onze Lieve Vrouw Ziekenhuis Aalst. Hij staat bekend om de empatische benadering van zijn patiënten en zijn streven naar het leveren van steeds betere operatieve prestaties.
